The Leaflet available in a .pdf file here gives details of the above Database Programme, which has been designed to take the hassle out of the administration involved in running your Flower and Vegetable Show.

It manages entries, prints exhibitor cards, produces Judging lists and prize cards, calculates points and prize money awarded to each exhibitor, and makes available full lists of prize and trophy winners, useful for records and to send to the local Press! 21 Horticultural Societies are already using this product at their Shows and all are delighted with what has certainly become a real boon to Show Committees up and down the country.

You can try it out by ordering for £5, an evaluation copy, which allows limited data to be entered and lets you see just how much easier the administration of a Flower Show can be! The £5 is deducted from the Sale price if you go on to buy the full Database.

Our Society is marketing this product because it wants to share with other Societies the benefits that we have gained as a result of its use. At our recent Spring Flower Show, judging finished at 11 a. m., Prize Cards (1st, 2nd, 3rd) had been printed and placed on the Show Bench well before noon, and shortly thereafter, lists detailing the Trophies to be awarded and the prize money to be paid out to exhibitors was available. We just couldn’t do without it!
